Die-cut stickers are cut through both the vinyl and the backing paper to the exact shape of your design — each sticker is a separate piece. Kiss-cut stickers have only the top vinyl layer cut, leaving the backing paper intact — multiple stickers can be packaged on a single sheet. Use die-cut for individual stickers and giveaways; kiss-cut for sheets of multiple designs or retail packs.

Yes, with proper technique. Use a heat gun or hair dryer to warm the adhesive (warm, not hot), then peel slowly at a 45-degree angle. Any adhesive residue can be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol or commercial adhesive remover. Removable adhesive options are also available on request for short-term applications, conferences, and promotional events where the sticker needs to come off cleanly later.

Vector preferred: AI, EPS, SVG, PDF. We also accept high-resolution PNG with transparent background, or 300 DPI raster files. For complex designs, our vector art service can convert your raster artwork into clean vectors first if needed for a small additional fee.

Matte vinyl accepts permanent marker writing (Sharpie and similar) reasonably well — works for label-style applications where buyers need to write information later. Glossy vinyl is more challenging — water-based markers don't adhere; specialized industrial paint markers may be required. For applications where writing is needed, matte finish is the practical choice.
