PET Polyester Industrial Labels
Industrial-grade PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) polyester labels for electronics, equipment asset tags, machinery nameplates, and harsh-environment applications. More heat-resistant and chemical-resistant than standard sticker substrates — designed for labels that need to last years in industrial conditions.
Why PET vs Other Substrates
PET polyester sits at the durability end of the sticker substrate spectrum. Where BOPP handles product packaging and vinyl handles outdoor signage, PET handles industrial environments — equipment that runs hot, chemicals that would dissolve other films, and applications where the label needs to remain readable for the lifetime of the equipment.
The tradeoff: PET is more expensive than BOPP or vinyl. For consumer product labels you don't need PET. For asset tags on a generator that runs at high temperatures for ten years, you do.
Where PET Polyester Works Best
Equipment & Machinery Labels
Serial number tags, model identification labels, manufacturer nameplates — designed to survive the operational lifetime of the equipment.
Electronics Labels
Component identification, certification labels, internal labels on PCBs and assemblies. Solvent-resistant for cleanroom and assembly environments.
Asset Identification Tags
Warehouse asset tags, fleet vehicle identification, fixed-asset inventory labels for facilities management and audit tracking.
Industrial Warning Labels
Safety warning labels, hazard identification, electrical equipment markings — durable enough to remain readable in harsh operating environments.

PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) polyester is a more rigid, more durable plastic film than BOPP. It tolerates higher temperatures, resists more chemicals, and lasts longer in harsh conditions. Used where BOPP or vinyl labels would fail — electronics, equipment asset tags, and industrial environments with heat or solvent exposure.
PET handles temperatures higher than standard sticker substrates. Practical use range varies by adhesive type and finish — different adhesives have different temperature thresholds. Tell us your specific operating temperature during the quote and we'll confirm if PET (or a different substrate) is right for your application.
Equipment serial-number tags, electronics labels, asset identification tags, machinery nameplates, durable warning labels, and industrial inventory tags. Anywhere a label needs to survive heat, chemicals, or rough handling for years rather than months.
Silver (most common for industrial nameplates), mirror chrome (premium equipment branding), white (general-purpose industrial labels), clear (when label appearance should match the product), and matte black PET. Each finish is suited to different industrial branding needs and visual environments.
Quote-based — minimums vary by label size, finish, and complexity. Industrial PET label orders often skew toward larger volumes for serial-number tagging or asset identification programs. Tell us your quantity and we'll quote accordingly.
Yes. Variable data printing for sequential serial numbers, asset IDs, and barcodes is supported on PET labels. Provide your numbering range and format during the quote — we'll confirm capability and any setup requirements.
Yes. We ship PET labels to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe. Shipping costs are calculated by destination, weight, and speed. All shipping options included in your quote.
