Silver (Chrome) PET

The "metal-look" label. Frequently used for rating plates on appliances, tools, and industrial equipment. High-end look with extreme durability.

White Polyester

Excellent for barcodes and technical instructional labels. Provides high contrast for scanners even after years of wear.

Tamper Evident PET

Specially engineered to leave a "VOID" pattern if removed. Essential for warranty seals and high-value asset security.

Technical Material Data

Polyester is selected when failure is not an option. It maintains its size and shape even under intense thermal stress.

  • Thermal Stability: Service temperature from $-40^\circ C$ to over $150^\circ C$.
  • Chemical Proof: Resistant to gasoline, oils, hydraulic fluids, and mild acids.
  • Non-Conductive: Ideal for electronic components and circuit board labeling.
  • UV Stability: Won't yellow or brittle under direct sunlight exposure.

Industrial Use Cases:

Electronics: PCB labels, battery tags, and laptop internals.
Automotive: Engine bay warning labels and VIN plates.
Manufacturing: Machinery serial plates and safety warnings.
Outdoor Gear: Solar panels and telecommunications hardware.

Asset & Security Tracking

Our PET labels are the primary choice for AContact.phpset Management. They are virtually impossible to tear and can be paired with high-tack adhesives that bond to low-surface-energy plastics and powder-coated metals.

Barcode Accuracy

PET’s dimensional stability means your barcodes won’t shrink or stretch, ensuring 100% scan accuracy over the entire lifespan of the product.

Polyester Label FAQ

Why choose Polyester over Vinyl?
Vinyl is soft and can stretch or shrink when exposed to heat. Polyester is rigid, heat-resistant, and chemically stable, making it better for industrial machinery and electronics.
Can I use PET labels on an engine block?
Yes. Our high-heat PET is rated for engine bay environments where temperatures fluctuate and exposure to oil and grease is common.
Is the Silver PET actually metal?
No, it is a metallized polyester film. It provides the appearance and durability of metal but is thinner, flexible, and more cost-effective.
