Common questions about ordering custom patches

How much do custom patches cost?
Patch pricing depends on five factors: type (embroidered, PVC, woven, leather, bullion), size, quantity ordered, backing type, and packaging. Embroidered patches are typically the most affordable; bullion crest patches are the most premium. Send us your project details — we quote within 24 hours with no obligation.
What's the minimum order quantity?
50 patches per design. This minimum applies across all material types. We can produce smaller quantities for specific cases (e.g., samples or test runs) — ask during your quote.
How long does production take?
Standard production: 8-12 working days from approved design to shipped order. Rush production: 5-7 working days. Bullion crest patches (hand-embroidered) take longer than embroidered or woven — typically 12-15 working days. Add 5-7 business days for international shipping.
What artwork formats do you accept?
AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPG, and CDR. Vector files give the cleanest result. If you only have a low-resolution image, we can still work with it — but for the best patch quality, we may suggest converting it to vector first via our vector art service.
What backing options do you offer?
Velcro hook-and-loop (most common for tactical and uniform use), iron-on adhesive (for casual apparel), sew-on (no backing — for permanent attachment), and self-adhesive sticker (for temporary/promotional use). You pick the backing during your order.
What edge styles can you do?
Merrowed border (the classic raised stitched border), laser-cut (clean modern edge), heat-cut (sealed edge), or custom-shaped (we can match your design's outline exactly). Heat-cut and laser-cut are required for non-rectangular designs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe. Shipping costs and timeframes are calculated at the time of quote based on your destination, total order weight, and chosen shipping speed (standard or express).
Do you offer revisions if the sample isn't right?
Yes — free unlimited revisions on the digital mockup before production starts. Once you approve the mockup and we begin production, changes are not possible without restarting the order. We always confirm your approval in writing before starting production.
Will you produce designs with copyrighted logos or trademarks?
Only with documented permission. We don't reproduce trademarked logos (sports teams, brands, characters) without proof that you have rights to the design. This protects you legally and protects us from liability. Submit your own original designs or designs you have licenses for.
