Pricing depends on five factors: material (embroidered, PVC, woven, leather, bullion, chenille), size, quantity, backing, and packaging. Embroidered is typically most affordable; bullion crest is the most premium. Send your project details — we quote within 24 hours, no obligation.
5 patches per design across all materials, or 5 pieces per design for hats and beanies. Smaller runs are possible for samples or test orders — ask during your quote.
Standard patch production is 8–12 working days, rush is 5–7. Bullion crest patches are hand-embroidered and take 15–21 days, chenille patches 12–15 days. Hats run 7–12 days if you supply blanks, or 12–22 days if we source them.
Backing: Velcro hook-and-loop, iron-on adhesive, sew-on, or self-adhesive sticker (leather uses sew-on, adhesive or Velcro only — no iron-on). Edges: merrowed border (classic raised stitch), laser-cut, heat-cut, or a fully custom shape matching your design's outline.
