Vector subscription FAQs
Pick a tier (Bronze, Silver, or Gold), submit the inquiry form, and we'll send you a secure payment link to start your subscription. From the day your first payment processes, you have your design quota for the month. Each vector submission counts against your monthly allowance, and your quota resets on the next billing cycle.
Unused designs do not roll over. Your quota resets each billing cycle. We recommend choosing a tier that matches your typical monthly volume — even at 80% utilization, the per-design rate still beats per-order pricing.
Yes — change tiers at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Just send us a message.
Cancel anytime by emailing info@stitchofficial.com. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. No cancellation fees, no minimum commitment.
Subscription plans cover simple-to-medium vector work (logos, clean illustrations, single-object designs). Highly complex work (mascots, photo-realistic illustrations, gradient shading) is priced separately as custom quotes outside your subscription. Subscribers still get priority production on these custom orders.
No long-term contract. You're billed month-to-month and can cancel anytime. We earn your subscription each month by delivering quality files on time.
Initial subscription is processed via PayPal. After your inquiry, we send a secure payment link. Your card is charged on the same day each month thereafter. We don't store card details on our servers.
Send us your typical monthly volume and we'll recommend a tier. Most screen printers processing 20-30 designs/month start with Bronze. Sign shops and apparel brands handling 40-60/month go to Silver. POD sellers and contract designers usually need Gold.
There is no overage surcharge. Designs beyond your monthly design limit are simply billed individually at our standard per-design price for simple vector work, and complex artwork is quoted.
