Four primary substrates: Vinyl (PVC) for outdoor and weatherproof use, BOPP for product labels and packaging, PET (polyester) for industrial applications, and thermal labels for shipping and barcodes. Each material has different properties — we'll recommend the right one during your quote based on your end use.
Quote-based — minimums vary by material, size, and complexity. We accept small custom batches as well as bulk orders. Tell us your quantity during the quote and we'll confirm feasibility and pricing.
Yes. Die-cut stickers are cut to the exact shape of your design with backing trimmed — best for individual sticker distribution. Kiss-cut stickers have the design cut but the backing remains uncut for easier sheet-handling, storage, and bulk distribution. Both are available across all our substrate options.
Standard orders typically complete in 5-10 working days from order approval. Bulk orders may require longer depending on quantity and complexity. Add 5-7 business days for international shipping. Rush options may be available — ask during your quote.
Yes. We ship custom stickers to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe. Shipping costs and timeframes are calculated based on your destination, order weight, and chosen shipping speed. All shipping options presented in your quote.
Yes. Provide Pantone codes during your quote and we'll match them as closely as our digital printing process allows. For brand-critical color matching, we can produce a small approval sample before full production at additional cost — useful for corporate clients with strict brand color requirements.
Vector preferred: AI, EPS, SVG, vector PDF. Raster acceptable: PSD, TIFF, PNG, JPG at 300 DPI minimum. For best results, designs should be supplied at the actual print size. If your artwork needs preparation, our vector art service can convert raster artwork to vector first.
