Specialized BOPP Variations

We offer four distinct BOPP types to match your product's specific environment and look.

White BOPP

The most popular choice. Provides a clean, opaque white base that makes colors vibrant. Perfect for food jars and health supplements.

🫥

Clear BOPP

Offers the "no-label" look. Ideal for transparent glass or plastic bottles, allowing your product to be seen through the label.

Silver BOPP

A metallized film that gives a premium mirror-like finish. Excellent for luxury cosmetics and high-end beverage branding.

🐚

Pearl BOPP

Features a unique pearlescent sheen. Frequently used in the confectionery and bath/body industry for an elegant touch.

Why "Biaxially Oriented"?

The term BOPP refers to the manufacturing process where the polypropylene film is stretched in two directions, significantly increasing its strength and clarity.

  • Resistance: Fully resistant to water, oil, and solvents.
  • Food Safe: Non-toxic and approved for indirect food contact.
  • Tensile Strength: Won't tear or stretch during high-speed machine application.
  • Clarity: Superior transparency compared to standard vinyl.

Industry Applications:

Beverages: Cold-brew bottles, wine, and spirits.
Health & Beauty: Shampoo, lotions, and essential oils.
Food: Honey jars, spice bottles, and frozen food packaging.
Vape/E-Liquid: Oil-resistant labeling for small bottles.

Roll Labels for Production

Most BOPP orders are delivered on rolls, optimized for automatic label applicators. We provide custom core sizes (1", 3") and specific "unwind directions" to ensure compatibility with your production line machinery.

Custom Die-Cutting

We use digital laser cutting to create unique shapes—circles, ovals, or custom brand contours—without the need for expensive physical dies.

BOPP Label FAQ

Can BOPP labels be used on frozen products?
Yes. We use a specialized "All-Temp" adhesive that ensures the label remains bonded even in freezing temperatures and high-moisture environments.
Is BOPP recyclable?
BOPP is a plastic (Polypropylene #5) and is generally recyclable. However, its recyclability depends on the container it is attached to and local facility capabilities.
How does BOPP compare to Vinyl?
BOPP is thinner and more flexible, making it better for curved bottles and high-speed labeling machines. Vinyl is thicker and better for outdoor signage or car decals.
