Premium
Natural texture, grain variation and a unique patina that develops over time. The standard for high-end hat brands and denim labels. Available in tan, brown, black.
Budget / vegan
Consistent color, excellent water resistance, vegan-friendly and easier to clean — the most cost-effective option that still looks and feels like leather.
Casual
Soft napped surface for a casual, rustic aesthetic. Best for low-wear applications — not water-resistant, keep dry.
Customization methods
Most common and fastest method. A computer-guided laser burns the top layer, revealing a darker tone underneath — high-contrast, sharp linework. Best for clean logos and monograms, works on all materials.
Heat and pressure stamp the design into the surface for a permanent recessed impression. The classic premium leather patch look — think denim labels and traditional leather goods.
The opposite of debossing — heat and pressure raise the design above the surface for a 3D textured effect. Distinctive when visual prominence matters.
