The DTF Transfer Process

Our Direct-To-Film technology allows us to create transfers that are incredibly stretchable and vibrant.

Step 1: Precision Film Printing

Designs are printed onto PET film with a high-opacity white base layer.

Step 2: TPU Powder Bonding

Hot-melt adhesive powder is fused to the ink for a permanent bond.

Step 3: High-Temp Curing

Films are cured in industrial ovens to finalize the transfer "sticker."

Step 4: Heat Press Application

Final transfers are pressed onto fabric, surviving 50+ industrial washes.
