How does the subscription work?

Pick a tier (Silver, Gold, or Platinum), submit the inquiry form, and we'll send you a secure payment link to start your subscription. From the day your first payment processes, you have your design quota for the month. Each design submission counts against your monthly allowance, and your quota resets on the next billing cycle.

What happens to unused designs at the end of the month?

Unused designs do not roll over to the next month. Your quota resets each billing cycle. We recommend choosing a tier that matches your typical monthly volume — if you only use 25 designs in a 30-design Silver plan some months, that's still cheaper than per-order pricing.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes — you can change tiers at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Just send us a message and we'll handle the change.

How do I cancel?

Cancel anytime by emailing info@stitchofficial.com. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. No cancellation fees, no minimum commitment, no questions asked.

What if I need a design over 5 inches?

Designs over 5 inches (jacket backs, large placements) are not included in monthly plans. They're billed at our standard $18 per-design rate, separately from your subscription. Subscription customers still get priority production on these orders.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No long-term contract. You're billed month-to-month and can cancel anytime. We don't lock customers in — we earn your subscription each month by delivering quality files on time.

How is billing handled?

Initial subscription is processed via PayPal. After your inquiry, we send a secure payment link. Your card is charged on the same day each month thereafter. We don't store card details on our servers — billing is handled directly through PayPal's secure infrastructure.

What if I'm not sure which plan is right for me?

Send us your typical monthly volume and we'll recommend a tier. Most embroidery shops processing 25-35 designs/month start with Silver. Those handling 40-60/month go to Gold. Print-on-demand and contract digitizers usually need Platinum.
