Digital Proof & Color Matching
We send a final digital proof (including Pantone colors) for your approval before tooling begins. Mold creation only starts after your sign-off.
Injection Molding & Curing
Liquid PVC is injected into the mold, cured with heat, and then cooled. This process creates the soft, flexible, and perfectly detailed rubber patch.
Backing Application & Final Delivery
The specified backing (Velcro or Sew-On) is permanently heat-bonded to the back, followed by quality inspection and rapid shipping.

Due to the molding process, the minimum line thickness we can reliably reproduce is typically 1mm. Very small text or intricate details may need simplification to ensure a high-quality, durable final product.
