We review your design and designate 2D or 3D layers ahead of mold creation.
A proof with Pantone callouts. Mold creation only begins after your sign-off.
Liquid PVC is injected into the precision mold, cured with heat, then cooled.

PVC is molded soft rubber — fully waterproof, with dimensional depth and precise Pantone color separation that fabric-based embroidery can't achieve. Embroidered patches have a classic stitched texture; PVC is smooth, flexible and built for harsh environments.
Yes — 3D contoured PVC uses rounded, sculpted surfaces for realistic depth, ideal for characters, mascots and collectible-style designs. 2D layered PVC gives a clean, flat stepped look, better suited to logos and text.
Velcro (hook-and-loop) for interchangeable or modular use, or sew-on for permanent attachment. Backing is heat-bonded to the patch after molding.
Fine detail is possible, but injection molding favors clean color separation over very intricate lines. We'll flag during your quote if anything in your design needs simplifying for a clean mold result.
