Both options available. Customer-supplied blanks: ship your blank hats/beanies to us, we apply embroidery only. Lower per-piece cost. Structured baseball caps, snapbacks, trucker caps (mesh-back), dad hats (unstructured), bucket hats, military-style caps, and visors. For beanies: cuffed knit beanies, uncuffed slouchy beanies, pom-pom beanies, and fisherman beanies. Both flat embroidery and 3D puff available depending on hat structure.

Flat embroidery (standard for most logos), 3D puff (raised foam-covered designs — most common on structured caps and beanie cuffs), and mixed-media combining both techniques. We recommend the right approach based on your design complexity and hat type during your quote.

AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPG, and CDR. Vector files give the cleanest result. If you only have a low-resolution image, we may suggest converting it to vector first via our vector art service.

Yes. We ship to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe. Shipping costs and timeframes are calculated based on your destination, total order weight, and chosen shipping speed. All shipping options are presented during your quote.

Only with documented permission. We don't reproduce trademarked logos (sports teams, brands, characters) without proof you have rights to the design. This protects you legally and protects us from liability. Submit your own original designs or designs you have licenses for.

Yes — free unlimited revisions on the digital mockup before production starts. We send a physical sample for high-volume orders. Once you approve and we start bulk production, design changes require restarting the order. We always confirm approval before starting bulk production.
