Ordering custom patches for hats
Patches on hats and caps are one of the most common uses we produce for — brand merchandise, team gear, and uniform caps all typically use an embroidered, PVC, or leather patch applied to a blank or customer-supplied hat.
Minimum order quantities
Custom hats and beanies have a 5-piece minimum order. The patch itself follows the same 5-piece patch MOQ, and the two are typically combined into one order when the patch is being applied directly to hats you're ordering through us.
Blanks vs. customer-supplied apparel
You can either have us source the hat blanks, or send your own caps for us to apply the patch to. If you already have a hat supplier or specific blank you need to match, sending your own apparel is the more common route for larger brand orders.
Turnaround
Standard patch production is 8-12 working days, with 5-7 working day rush available. Hat production takes 7-12 working days when you supply the blanks and 12-22 working days when we source them, plus 5-7 business days for international shipping — talk to our team for an exact timeline on your order.
