The DTF Process
Direct to Film (DTF) is the revolutionary way to apply high-definition graphics to apparel.
Step 1: Digital Film Printing
We print your design onto a specialized PET film using textile inks and a white base layer.
Step 2: Adhesive Bonding
Hot-melt adhesive powder is applied to the wet ink, which creates a flexible bonding layer.
Step 3: Curing
The film is cured in a high-temp oven to melt the adhesive, turning it into a permanent "sticker" for fabric.
Step 4: Application
The final transfer is heat-pressed onto the garment for a soft-touch, durable finish.
